Service Management Philosophy

We believe that managing a performance hall is a vital aspect of cultural and creative services, with artists and audiences being our primary focus. For artists, we strive to provide a professional environment for creation and performance, ensuring they feel respected and encouraged to grow. For audiences, we deliver high-quality, unique performances and services that make them feel welcomed and eager to enjoy the experience.

Theater Technical and Backstage Management Services

  • Provide performance teams with theater technical information and relevant safety regulations, highlighting special items, equipment status, theater safety, and personnel maintenance.
  • Resolve technical issues or difficulties for performing groups, manage, guide, and supervise the use of professional theater equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
  • Arrange technical service personnel to assist with the setup, performance, and teardown for each production.
  • Develop contingency plans, training programs, and hold coordination meetings to address unforeseen situations during performances with timely response and management.
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance and supervise theater equipment, collaborating with venue supervisors and maintenance vendors to provide a safe and professional working environment for teams.

Front-of-House Management Services

  • Inspect theater cleanliness, confirm theater equipment (such as lighting and seating) and fire safety facilities, and prepare front lobby and sales areas.
  • Perform front-of-house duties, including ticketing, ticket collection, validation, setup, reception, guidance, seating, inquiries, and control. Assist in the distribution, collection, and statistical analysis of venue-produced questionnaires.
  • Maintain order within the theater and ensure a comfortable viewing environment, providing attentive and reassuring services to the audience.
  • Develop plans for managing and training part-time staff, conduct on-the-job training, supervise on-site operations during performances, and coordinate with performing groups and technical management departments.
